A lot of people know that marriage is civil agreement. Government specified many rules to treat for marriage and make marriage between man and woman proceeding properly and affecting legally. Fourth, Man and woman who will marry have not to be spouse of other or we understand that it cannot be plural marriage. Fifth, man and woman consent to be husband and wife. This consent is volunteering , and other people cannot consent instead of spouse, because marriage of specific matter. Spouse has to consent in front of registrar and registrar needs to record this agreement.

Sixth, There are adopter and adopted child cases. Normally they cannot marry, because the law let them be parents and children. However, they were not forbidden, because adopter and adopted child are not have blood relationship. So that, law specified that if they marry, adopted child will cancel according to the law immediately.
Seventh, is about widow case or woman who used to marry and will re-marry. No matter previous marry was ended because husband died or divorced. If she would like to re-marry, she needed to wait not less than 310 days counting from the day that she ended previous marriage for protecting correct parents of a child. In case man widow, he can re-marry immediately and need not to wait for that period.
The last case is minor will marry, because law realizes that parents still take care of minor or parents can decide who is spouse of the child better than he or she does by himself or herself. Parents also support money for child’s marriage. Therefore, this will be suitable to let minor get consent from parents before marry which is legal.
There are 8 marriage conditions according to the law as mentioned. Other cause or condition did not affect to completeness of marriage. For example, during marriage husband and wife have contagious disease or husband and wife follow different religion. These causes did not make marriage invalid or incomplete.
